Windsor Elopement Magic
Pastels? For Spring? GROUNDBREAKING.
Miranda Priestley may have had a point (ten points if you got the 2006 film reference) – pastels, whilst gorgeous in their own way do NOT have to be the sole colour palette for a Spring wedding! Spring flowers can offer SO much more…
I’m a big believer in your wedding, your way. And this Windsor elopement was all about bold blooms, fearless colours, and wedding flowers that demanded attention. Hot pink, fiery orange, and sunshine yellow to brighten the day (even if the weather wasn’t cooperating!)
The bride’s chic mini dress (hello, statement bow!) called for a bouquet with just as much confidence. So I built something punchy, playful and unapologetically vibrant — a mix of coral peonies, golden ranunculus, and frilly pink tulips that really made joy the main event.
Set against Windsor’s cobbled streets and the grand backdrop of The Castle Hotel, every image feels like a celebration of colour, spontaneity and the beauty of doing things differently. Whether you’re planning a ballroom bash or an intimate elopement, your flowers should feel like you: bold, joyful, and blooming with love.
